Indianapolis exploration

Breaking ground on a new project to shine the light of Christ

in the public high schools of Indianapolis

The vision:

The National School Project is praying that God will bring a student-led, church-supported, campus-awakening to the love of Christ at every public school in America

OUR MISSION:

We recruit & train college students to coach & mentor high school students

to reach their campus for Christ

MISSION BACKGROUND:

NSP is currently fully operational in two states as the California School Project and

the Illinois School Project. Since 2004, we have seen the following God-given fruit:

  • 220           High Schools Touched
  • 1,000        Evangelistic Rallies Hosted by Students
  • 100,000   Students Reached with the Message of Christ
  • 4,000        Students Indicated Decisions to Accept Christ

EXPLORING LONG-TERM MINISTRY IN INDIANAPOLIS:

We are eager to see a project established for each state in the nation as rapidly

as the Lord opens doors, supplies the people & provides the resources. We are considering prioritizing Indianapolis in this process.

NEXT STEPS FOR THE SHORT-TERM:

College students from our Chapter at Moody Bible Institute are prepared to help students

at 2-4 high schools host an Outreach Week by providing:.

  • On-site training for high school students who want to lead an Outreach Week
  • Weekly coaching over phone to provide practical training to set-up an Outreach Week
  • On-site coaching during Moody Bible Institute's Spring Break (March 4-12) to assist high school students during their first Outreach Week
  • Training for Indianapolis college students who want to get involved in the mission

GOD'S WORD FOR EVERY STUDENT:

We are excited to partner everywhere we go with The Life Book Movement. The Life Book has seen  21 million copies of the Gospel of John distributed by 1.4 students. They are prepared to provide their Gospels of John free of charge to any church in Indianapolis.
