You're invited to the Hike for High Schools!

Join us for a 3 mile hike in the Fullerton hills, featuring sweeping views of the city and mountains. You'll get to walk alongside fellow partners of the mission and students on the front lines of the ministry, all while raising money to reach more and more students with the gospelCheck out the pictures from last year's event!

Many bold Christian students are ready to reach their peers with the gospel that they desperately need to hear. NSP provides the strategies and ongoing support to help them share Christ, both one on one and in front of hundreds, all right on campus during the school day. Signing up to hike fills the vital missing piece: providing the finances for that training and mentorship. Join us to make this mission possible and meet the students you're supporting!

How does it work?

Hikers ask their friends and family to sponsor them as they hike, raising a minimum of $250. All we ask is that you send out emails requesting donations to CSP on your behalf and that you follow up with your potential sponsors.

On average, participants in similar events receive a donation of $60 every four emails they send. That means it's possible to reach your goal in just 15-20 emails! We’ll provide you with support, like sample emails, all along the way, and you’ll have a personal fundraising webpage to send to your supporters. In 2015, our hikers raised on average $280 each, and several raised over $500!

Those who raise the minimum will receive an event T-shirt, and prizes will be offered for those who raise higher amounts. Everyone who registers will be entered to win prizes like tickets to Disneyland! Even more, you’ll know that the money you raise plays a big part in students hearing the gospel, many for the first time. 


This is a family friendly event: while the trail may be too rough for a stroller, activities will be available at the starting area for non-participating family members. A brief program and awards ceremony will follow the hike (where you'll hear from a high school student) and we’ll have a free raffle to conclude the morning.


Register early! The longer you have to fundraise, the more ministry you make possible. 

Consider getting together a team! Every person registering as part of a team will receive 10 additional raffle tickets.
